These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WhiteRock platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and verify your email address to activate your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Trading and funds
The Service lets you place simulated and/or live orders subject to available balance. Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and profit-sharing arrangements are handled according to the terms shown at the time of each transaction and any separate agreement you sign. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing and may take 1–3 business days.
4. Bonuses and promotions
Any bonus or promotional credit is granted at our discretion, may be subject to conditions, and may be adjusted or withdrawn. Bonuses do not represent guaranteed profit.
5. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; abuse referral or bonus programs; use bots or automated abuse; or interfere with the platform's operation or security.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or create risk for the platform or other users. On termination, outstanding obligations remain in effect.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Trading involves significant risk of loss. Market data may be delayed or interrupted. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhiteRock is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
